Veterans have a myriad of legal issues bestowed upon them. The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq will produce a new generation of veterans at risk for new Legal Issues and problems that may be attributable to or exacerbated by their military service.
Millions of soldiers who have emerged from the military with less-than-fully-honorable discharges are considered "bad paper" were (and continue to be) disproportionately young, undereducated, and often from minority backgrounds.
